Soong has 10 years experience in providing support to any number of projects from an operational, financial and resource standpoint. He will be assisting in the establishment and ensure compliance of operation unit’s short-term and long-term goals with overall corporate objectives. He will be implementing policies, procedures, and organizational structure for assigned operating unit within the framework of corporate policy to obtain ISO certification in the near future.
